Terms, Conditions & Responsibilities for The Radiance Reset

Welcome! By purchasing The Radiance Reset, a program offered by Forest & Fern, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Program Overview
The Radiance Reset is a 4-week live group coaching program facilitated by Sharmil Elliott Reclusado (CNAP). The program includes:

4 live group coaching calls (~1.5 to 2 hours each, one per week)

Replays and resources, accessible for 3 months after the program ends

Bonus: 45-minute 1:1 post-program integration session

Access to a private, off-social community for weekly support via the Systeme.io platform
This is a group educational experience focused on holistic skin health, nervous system support, and foundational wellness. It does not include individual coaching during the group sessions, nor does it include personalized protocols unless explicitly stated.
2. What You’re Purchasing
By enrolling, you are purchasing:

Access to 4 live virtual group coaching sessions

Limited-time access to digital resources (worksheets, recordings, PDFs, etc.)

Support via the private Systeme.io community platform

A bonus 1:1 post-program integration session
This purchase does not include custom protocols, individualized medical advice, or additional 1:1 support beyond what is stated.
3. Pricing, Payment Terms
This first round of the program is being offered at a discounted rate of $497. Future rounds will be priced at $700 or more.
Two payment options are available:

Pay in full: $497 due at checkout

Payment plan: Two payments of $250

First payment is due at booking

Second payment is due 2 weeks later

Regardless of your level of participation, the payment plan must be completed in full. If a payment issue arises, full payment must be made before accessing the 1:1 integration session or replays.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because this is a live, small-group program with limited spots, your registration secures your place and supports the container we're creating together.
Refunds are not available once the program begins.
If you cancel at least 7 days prior to the start date, you may request a full refund.
If you cancel with less than 7 days from the program start, no refund will be issued—but you may be eligible for a credit toward a future program or service at my discretion.
If a true emergency prevents your participation, please reach out. I value compassion and integrity, and we’ll work together on a fair resolution.

5. Access & Resources
You will have access to all program content—including call replays, digital resources, and worksheets—for 3 months from the final group call. After that, access will expire.
The bonus 1:1 integration call must be booked and completed within 30 days of the program ending. After that, the bonus call expires.
6. Participation & Community
This is a group container designed to foster safety, respect, and nonjudgmental growth.
This program includes access to a private, off-social community space hosted on the Systeme.io platform, where participants can connect, share, and receive weekly support between sessions.
By enrolling, you agree to:

Keep the group space confidential and respect the privacy of fellow participants

Not share participant experiences, screenshots, recordings, or materials from within the group - All content and information shared is confidential within the group

Show up with kindness, curiosity, and respect—no judgment, spamming, or unsolicited advice

Show up respectfully and refrain from behavior that is disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful

Not share your login or access with anyone else
-
Participate in a respectful, non-disruptive way in any group settings
This is a sacred space for growth and will be treated as such.
Violation of these agreements may result in removal from the community or the program without refund.
7. Your Responsibility
This program is educational and supportive in nature. Your results depend on your own commitment, follow-through, and willingness to engage with the process.

Not to share program materials or access with others
You understand that results will vary based on your unique circumstances and effort. While tools, strategies, and support are offered, the depth of your transformation is directly influenced by how fully you show up and engage. You will get more out of this program if you put more into it.
8. Health Disclaimer
The Radiance Reset does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, therapy, or nutrition counseling.
You are responsible for your own well-being and agree to consult a licensed provider before beginning any new health regimen—especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medications.
Participation is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your health and well-being throughout the program.
This program is educational and supportive, not diagnostic or prescriptive. It does not replace individualized medical advice, mental health treatment, or nutrition counseling.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided in this program—including audio, video, worksheets, slides, handouts, and digital materials, etc—is the intellectual property of Forest & Fern.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any materials from the program without explicit written permission.
10. Technology & Access
You are responsible for having the necessary technology (device, reliable internet, access to Zoom and email) to fully participate in the program.
Replays are available for a limited time, but access is not guaranteed beyond the 3-month window. No refunds will be issued due to tech issues on your end.
If you miss a live session, you are encouraged to engage with the replays and resources and to schedule your 1:1 bonus session within the allowed timeframe.
11. Legal & Liability
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. By purchasing, you release Forest & Fern, Sharmil Elliott Reclusado (CNAP), and any affiliates or team members from liability for any direct or indirect outcomes related to your participation in the program.
